Scope of Services
Services are defined by the written statement of work, package scope, or proposal accepted by the client.
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information. Respond to clarification requests. Maintain tool access and permissions. Approve deliverables on time when required.
Payments and Billing
Fees, billing frequency, and any setup charges are defined in the proposal or package agreement.
Limitations
Balenta provides accounting support and operational finance services. Where professional licensing is required, filings may be coordinated through appropriately licensed professionals.
Scope Changes
Scope changes require written agreement. We review scope at the start of each quarter and document any changes.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. All access is revoked and data handled per offboarding policy.
